Aluminum foundry MetalCasting s.r.o. has been established on the basis of many years of experience in the casting technologies like gravity casting into metal molds, sand molds and low-pressure casting. We use our own sand cores, metal inserts, the weight of castings ranges from 0.05 to 80 kg. Our castings are delivered including surface treatment, machining and polishing. We are able to provide both the production of prototypes in the form of sand castings and serial production in the order of tens to hundreds of thousands of pieces using the technology of casting into molds.
The main sectors of use of our castings are: hydraulics - industrial automation - energy - automotive - agricultural technology - rescue systems - data networks - railways and other transport systems.
Integrated information system for planning and managing production, quality, economics and human resources
Our technical department optimizes your products using inovative technical design. Our job is to find the best solution for optimal functionality of castings and thus reducing their production costs. Construction of castings and production tools is designed using CAD software Solid Works, and we are about to acquire software simulation of casting and solidification of MAGMA brand.
Another service we offer is the transfer of production technologies using, for example, cast iron, sheet metal or plastic, to a solution made of cast aluminum. We offer co-design in cooperation with your technical department including prototyping by sand casting to test and introduce new products to serial production.

Gravity casting into steel molds, sand molds, production of cores, casting tools and jigs
We supply castings, including heat treatment T4, T6, T64, machining and surface treatment.
The advantage of this technology is the very short delivery time from the assignment and the cheap model equipment compared to metal molds. Another advantage is piece and small series production. We supply from one piece.

At the customer's request we pack the castings into boxes and send them to the endusers.
We use Solid Works software for tool construction.

The foundry has its own tool shop, where we produce casting tools, jigs and other necessary equipment.
