Aluminum foundry MetalCasting s.r.o. has been established on the basis of many years of experience in the casting technologies like gravity casting into metal molds, sand molds and low-pressure casting. We use our own sand cores, metal inserts, the weight of castings ranges from 0.05 to 80 kg. Our castings are delivered including surface treatment, machining and polishing. We are able to provide both the production of prototypes in the form of sand castings and serial production in the order of tens to hundreds of thousands of pieces using the technology of casting into molds.
The main sectors of use of our castings are: hydraulics - industrial automation - energy - automotive - agricultural technology - rescue systems - data networks - railways and other transport systems.

PRODUCTION
Our technical department optimizes your products using inovative technical design. Our job is to find the best solution for optimal functionality of castings and thus reducing their production costs. Construction of castings and production tools is designed using CAD software Solid Works, and we are about to acquire software simulation of casting and solidification of MAGMA brand.
Technological transfer
Another service we offer is the transfer of production technologies using, for example, cast iron, sheet metal or plastic, to a solution made of cast aluminum. We offer co-design in cooperation with your technical department including prototyping by sand casting to test and introduce new products to serial production.

Gravity casting into steel molds
We supply castings, including heat treatment T4, T6, T64, machining and surface treatment.
Gravity casting into sand molds
The advantage of this technology is the very short delivery time from the assignment and the cheap model equipment compared to metal molds. Another advantage is piece and small series production. We supply from one piece.
Machine forming
Molding room equipment: 4x FOROMAT 20 maximum mold frame size: 600 x 700 mm
Hand molding
1x manual workplace maximum mold frame size: 850 x 850 mm
Gravity casting into self-solidifying mixtures and cores
Equipment: 1x automatic mixer GIFOS MGi-03L including exchangeable containers with a capacity of 3.5 t/ hour
Mechanical production of cores
Equipment: 1x GISAG KS12l shotgun with repeated firing 1x Repr 2.5 l with repeated firing 2x arm mixer GIFOS MR-50R including exchangeable containers with a capacity of the core mixture of 1.2 t/ hour 1x automatic mixer GIFOS MGi-03L including exchangeable containers with a capacity of 3.5 t/ hour
Finishing of castings
Equipment: 3x BONAR PB2000x75 belt sander 2x vertical band saw ZEFAN 1x horizontal saw PILANA 4x workplaces for manual grinding and deburring
Finishing operations
Equipment: 1x automatic drum blaster STEM 500 x 500mm, medium stainless steel 1x cabin pressure blaster HEINRICH SCHLICK D-48268 with exit table, cabin 1200 x 1200 mm, medium stainless steel 1x mobile pressure blaster CONTRACOR DB-S50R, medium stainless steel or slag 1x cabin injector blaster MetalCasting 1000 with exit table, cabin 1000 x 1000 mm, medium slag 1x mobile pressure blaster CLEANING SYSTEMS ICS10 / S, dry ice medium for gentle cleaning of tools and cores
Adjustment and dispatch of castings
At the customer's request we pack the castings into boxes and send them to the endusers.
Development and Construction
We use Solid Works software for tool construction.
